MEATMANIA is a company that was established from a local meat shop called Wing Fat, which has been in the frozen meat business for over 43 years in Hong Kong. Our goal is to provide various experience to our customers by not only offering general retail business but also different kinds of meat culture services. We have in-house dry-aged meat (beef, pork & lamb), a meat trimming workshop that cooperates with Swiss brand Victorinox, and dining events with guest chefs that aim to promote and educate Hong Kong customers about the enjoyment of meat culture.

To achieve the perfect dry-aged meat, we have designed our own dry-aged cabinets using the same standards as hotels. Besides, we love exploring new dry-aging methods such as koji, blue cheese, whiskey, gin, chocolate, truffle butter, etc. in order to introduce new savory flavors to our customers who are truly ‘meat mania’.
